How does UniQue work without an app?

UniQue is web-based and works directly in your mobile browser. Just scan the QR code, enter your number, and you're in. We use SMS for notifications, so there's nothing to download or install. It's accessible to everyone, even on basic smartphones.

What if I miss my turn?

You'll receive multiple notifications when you're 5th in line, 3rd in line, and when it's your turn. If you do miss it, most establishments using UniQue have a grace period or allow you to rejoin the queue. Check with the specific location for their policy.

Is my phone number safe?

Absolutely. We only use your number for SMS notifications about your queue status. We never share, sell, or use it for marketing. Your data is encrypted and automatically deleted after your queue session ends. Privacy is built into our system, not bolted on.

Can businesses customize the system?

Yes! Businesses can create multiple service types, set custom waiting times, configure counter assignments, customize SMS messages, and even add their branding. The admin dashboard gives you complete control over how UniQue works for your specific needs.
