1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the UniQue queue management system ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including:

  • Customers: Individuals who join queues at participating establishments
  • Business Users: Organizations and their staff who use UniQue to manage queues
  • Guests: Visitors who browse our website without creating an account

2 Service Description

UniQue provides a digital queue management platform that enables:

  • Customers to join virtual queues at participating businesses
  • Real-time queue position tracking via web browser
  • SMS notifications about queue status and updates
  • Businesses to manage and optimize their customer flow
  • Analytics and insights for queue performance monitoring

UniQue strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

3 User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4 User Responsibilities

As a user of UniQue, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when joining a queue
  • Arrive promptly when notified that it's your turn
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Respect other users and establishment staff
  • Not attempt to manipulate queue positions or exploit the system
  • Comply with any additional rules set by participating establishments

warning Grace Period Policy

Each establishment may have different grace period policies. If you miss your turn, you may lose your position in the queue. Please check with the specific location for their policy.

5 SMS Notifications

By providing your mobile phone number and using our Service, you consent to receive SMS notifications, including:

  • Queue position updates (e.g., "You are now 5th in line")
  • Turn notifications (e.g., "It's your turn! Please proceed to Counter 3")
  • Verification codes for authentication
  • Service announcements and updates

Important: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. To opt-out of SMS notifications, reply STOP to any message or contact our support team.

6 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise our systems
  • Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair queue advantages
  • Impersonating other users or providing false information
  • Selling or transferring queue positions to others
  • Using automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service
  • Harassing staff or other users at participating establishments
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code

7 Business Users

If you are a business using UniQue to manage queues, you additionally agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Train your staff on proper use of the queue management system
  • Maintain reasonable service times and honor queue positions
  • Protect customer data accessed through our platform
  • Display appropriate signage about the queue system
  • Pay all applicable fees according to your subscription plan

Business accounts require a valid invite code and verification. We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these terms.

8 Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by UniQue and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • The UniQue name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
  • You may not use our intellectual property without written permission
  • User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it for Service operation

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • UniQue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not responsible for actions or policies of participating establishments
  • We do not guarantee specific wait times or service quality at any location
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees (for business accounts)
  • Extended period of inactivity
  • Request by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will:

  • Provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect
  • Notify you via email or prominent notice on our Service
  • Indicate the date of the last revision at the top of these Terms

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
